Èpíi-vivo Fêqê was founded durring the early 12th century in fall of the year 1102, by Brëîd Èdonkê. The establishment of Èpíi-vivo Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Brëîd Èdonkê electing to pay people to resettle in Èpíi-vivo Fêqê.
Èpíi-vivo Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Èpíi-vivo Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Èpíi-vivo Fêqê is buildings are located arround a single narrow packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. The town's failry decent fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Many folks ask you to leave their establishments, even before you’ve walked inside them. You should probably listen to them, as every time you’re asked to leave the person asking you to leave has referenced the town’s patron divine in some way. The little voice in the back of your mind that tells you when you’re in danger feels like it’s just glaring at you and muttering about how stupid you are for even remaining in town.

There’s more than one leader in Èpíi-vivo Fêqê, but at least some of them are at each other’s throats. It might be a conflict between formal leadership and informal authorities, or it could be a struggle among civil officials. Èpíi-vivo Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades.
